Ah, sweet triumph! As a small roaster, we can't buy every amazing coffee that comes our way, but this particular one really impressed us with its abundance of raw sugar sweetness, and we could not resist sharing it with you. In addition to coffee, at Finca El Triunfo, farmer Audon Solano also grows banana and tangelo, fruit flavors that sometimes happen to show up in his coffee! When you taste it, look out for beautiful citrus notes like lemon, lime, and pink grapefruit. We hope you enjoy this sweet and stellar selection as much as we do.
