Coffee for a Cause
Coffee for a Cause
CURRENT CAUSE:
March through May, for every bag of Coffee for a Cause sold, we’re donating one dollar to the Refugee Support Center in Carrboro, which facilitates the transition of refugees to a new life in our community by providing them with services, helping them to access resources, and developing their skills to promote self-sufficiency.
Tasting Notes: Praline, Cocoa, Citrus Sweetness
Origin: Guatemala, Ethiopia
Process: Washed
Coffee for a Cause is a simple, drinkable, and well-balanced blend of washed coffees from Guatemala and Ethiopia. It is equally delightful with cream or without, in the morning or the afternoon. Enjoy the notes of praline and cocoa powder, gentle citrus-like sweetness, and the delicious feeling of knowing you've helped make a difference.
In order to ensure freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
