Pink Borbon Creation is named for—and made exclusively from—the Pink Bourbon coffee varietal, which flourishes in the rich volcanic soil of Huila and is beloved for its exceptional flavor profile. The beans undergo a semi-washed processing that involves two separate fermentations, allowing the coffee to develop deliciously complex flavors. Expect to find delicate floral notes complemented by hints of green apple and citrus.
