Since it's the foundation of our espresso and house blends, we are constantly tasting Colombian coffee (lucky us!), and we are excited to share that experience with you now. A unique advantage of Colombia as a coffee-growing country is a tropical climate and geography that allow for year-round harvesting. This means we are able to offer you a cup with the deliciously clean, sweet, and well-balanced Colombian flavor we love, all through the year.
In order to ensure freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.

Our roast levels are based on the Agtron scale, with our lightest roast at 70 and our darkest at 40.
