Created for our friends (and neighbors!) at TABLE, this is a simple, drinkable, and well-balanced blend of washed coffees from Guatemala and Ethiopia. Look for notes of praline and cocoa powder, with a gentle citrus-like sweetness. Whether with cream or without, in the morning or the afternoon, it's a delightful sip to serve at your own table.

Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
